Submission of a counter notification does not guarantee restoration of content or account access.

8. No Liability

SMPL Social LLC shall not be liable for user-generated content, uploaded materials, AI-generated outputs, or alleged copyright infringement resulting from user activity on the platform.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties regarding ownership, originality, exclusivity, or non-infringement of generated outputs.

9. Policy Modifications

SMPL Social LLC reserves the right to modify, replace, update, or revise this Copyright Policy at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the Services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
