  • Reverse engineering or replication of platform systems or infrastructure

4. AI-Generated Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for all prompts, uploads, generated outputs, edits, publications, and downstream use of content created through the Services.

SMPL Social LLC does not guarantee the legality, originality, accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before using, distributing, publishing, or commercializing it.

5. Intellectual Property and Copyright

Users may not upload, generate, distribute, or use content in a manner that infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal protections belonging to third parties.
